Introduction

Good afternoon 

My name is Owen-Lucus Hulme collar number 7454 and I have recently taken up the role of PCSO covering the areas of Edenfield and Helmshore. I am keen to work closely with our local councillors to help keep our communities safe, address any concerns residents raise and help support any partnership work across the area.

In the meantime if anything urgent arises, don't hesitate to get in touch. For the first 6 weeks i will be working with another colleague to gain experience so I maybe covering a different ward area during this phase.
